We're hiring a highly motivated Corporate Controller . The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading our accounting department based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting : Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Budgeting and Forecasting : Support the budgeting process, including the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Cost Management : Analyze and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including GAAP, IFRS, and relevant industry-specific regulations.
- Internal Controls : Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Audit Coordination : Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
