Responsibilities:
- Following up on all unsold customers, and any special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
- Following up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
- Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers.
- Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone.
- Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for sales.
- Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, texts and chats.
Qualifications:
- Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments.
- Knowledgeable to call center environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Excellent computer skills required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,492.00 - $67,647.00 per year
