The Dorian Ford Team is looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual with dealership experience to join us as a Ford Digital Marketing Specialist. This role requires a motivated professional to manage day-to-day digital communications, including but not limited to managing the dealership website and social networks, brainstorming and implementing new digital marketing strategies, and assisting with digital tactics to promote vehicle sales and service. This is a 40-hour a week position, ON-SITE position.
Major Duties and Responsibilities

Continuously update website content, design, and functionality

Create, implement, and manage print and digital content

Manage social media accounts

Create, format, and distribute the dealership's monthly newsletter
- Monitor and implement digital advertising techniques while analyzing performance metrics
- Communicate effectively with third-party vendors
Position Requirements
Availability:
- Monday through Friday (flexible hours)
- Occasional Saturday availability to assist with events
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required
Knowledge:
- Auto retailing experience is REQUIRED
- Proficiency in common social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Google , LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Basic understanding of web design and HTML
- (Preferred) Experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- (Preferred) Advanced HTML proficiency
