We are seeking a skilled Digital Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. This role involves utilizing creative, analytical, and communication skills to manage automotive clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience building and maintaining relationships with a dedicated group of automotive dealerships, creating engaging content for dealer websites, and optimizing online experiences. Additionally, they will draw key insights from analytics to advise clients on opportunities within the Dealer Digital Program.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team on key projects and contractual deliverables
- Develop and implement new processes to improve existing ones
- Work effectively with the team to prioritize client requests and weigh current needs against longer-term product roadmap requirements
- Monitor and assist in the management of integrated CRM vendors
- Manage the dealer support email box to handle inquiries and identify integration issues
- Lead dealer trainings and support for Engage Analytics
- Assist the Program Manager with dealer-level reporting
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous phone or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management and organizational skills
- Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
- Understanding of digital marketing best practices
