What You Will Do
- Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the company’s software system and customer purchase orders
- Initiate required action for response to customer service request for order changes, including the maintenance of order information files. Communicate changes to the appropriate personnel
- Provide Customer Service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports.
- Develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the Customer Service Team
What We Require
- High school education or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in customer service with increasing responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.)
- Working knowledge of SAP systems
