Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and food handling, with experience in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing high-quality service and expertly crafted beverages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process transactions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations, including checking identification for age verification.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within fine dining, nightclub, or food service environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and food handling practices is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
