Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender and/or Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment and is more than happy to work in a team oriented enviroment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. As a Server you will be responsible for creating a wonderful experience for new guest and giving consistently great service to our regulars.

Responsibilities for Bartending

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Requirements

• Experience in bartending or a related hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with patrons.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Knowledge of classic cocktail recipes is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Ability to perform cash handling duties accurately and responsibly.
• A solid understanding of retail math for managing tabs and inventory counts is beneficial.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
