Bartender/Food Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender/Food Server to join our team at The Oak Social. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting cocktails, knowledgeable about fine wines and spirits, and passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and craft beers, with precision and care

· Provide exceptional customer service to club members and guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously

· Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, delivering them with attention to detail

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards

· Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction

· Uphold The Oak’s standards of quality in all interactions and services provided

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a bartender and/or food server in a high-end restaurant, lounge, or private club setting

· Extensive knowledge of mixology, wine, and beverage service techniques

· Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele

· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Must be 21 years of age or older

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
