Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly check-in experience.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone systems, email, or in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist guests with requests for information about local attractions, services, and amenities.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or resort environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone systems and hospitality management software is an advantage.
