We are seeking a Restaurant Manager-in-Training position to join our team for all Dough Zone restaurants located in California State (San Mateo, Cupertino, North San Jose, South San Jose, and Walnut Creek). Responsibilities :
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and supervise all culinary activitiesManages FOH & BOH schedules, training, and onboarding of new employees.Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparationDevelop a high-performing team by coaching, creating development plans, and building skills through training to grow our future team leadersDrive sales by partnering with the District Manager, and team members to execute excellent operations.Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needsAdhere to all safety and sanitation regulationsQualifications :
Previous experience in food service or other related fieldsStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate in English, and Chinese is a PLUSExcellent written and communication skillsStrong attention to detailThree years or more experience for Restaurant ManagingInterview Location : At one of our store locations, please communicate with the hiring manager
