Summary
The purpose of this regular, full-time position is to conceive, develop, and produce graphics that enhance the DOWL brand image while supporting proposal and project needs, including but not limited to : page layouts, maps, charts and graphs, presentations, project websites, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
Assist the marketing department and technical staff with concept development of proposal and project graphics.
Work with the graphics team, to produce report graphics, project-specific newsletters and websites, public notice mailers and ads, various graphics for public meetings, and other corporate needs such as internal presentations, flyers, social media graphics, merchandise / swag, and more.
Use a combination of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud software to develop work products.

Qualifications

Education and / or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing, or equivalent experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must have valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to create and interpret graphs.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
Ability to distill complex technical information into easily understood formats for a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office 365.
Ability to prioritize multiple competing deadlines, special projects, and daily workload to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Experience editing video footage and incorporating motion graphics to develop polished video content.
Proficiency with integrating AI tools in a design workspace.
High level of attention to detail
Must be able to work both independently and with a team
