What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer/Marketing Associate position at Outside Van?
Position Summary:
Supports brand marketing efforts and elevating the global profile of the FOX brands by developing logos, fonts, images and other graphics to complement materials for print, the web or other media.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work with brand marketing team on creating graphical content for projects and product launches.
- Execute on media and influencer graphics needs and ongoing support.
- Support social media and communications team in cultivating quality graphics.
- Prepares graphics for all advertising - online, print & video.
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaign graphics from ideation through to execution.
- Create graphics for marketing sales tools.
- Other duties include, but not limited to, create graphical content for presentations, generate reports and editing.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
- Strong software skills: Microsoft Office, and aptitude for learning new software.
- Internet savvy, strong knowledge of social media and related apps.
- Excellent presentation and inter-personal skills.
- Highly organized, creative and able to juggle many projects simultaneously.
- Work autonomously when needed to push projects through tight timelines.
Position Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or other related discipline or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience:
3 years of experience in graphics
Knowledge of the mountain bicycle/action sports industry is preferred.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Office Environment
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
