Schedule : Monday-Friday
As a Regional Sales Director at Downeast Cider, you will lead a team of sales representatives towards achieving Downeast's mission of becoming the #1 hard cider company in America. You'll be spreading the good unfiltered word about our innovative portfolio of craft hard cider.
Your mission is to execute against revenue, volume, and distribution goals within New York. This is accomplished by hiring, training, and motivating your sales team and by building and leveraging relationships with our wholesaler partners.
What you'll do : Build A Strong Team
- Build and manage a sales team of "A-players"
- Hire : Identify top talent and fill vacant positions with a sense of urgency
- Train : Full understanding of our sales process and best practices. The ability to understand the strengths and weaknesses of team members and deliver feedback effectively
