About the Role:
The Beverage Service Manager is a key member of our hospitality team at Downstream Casino Resort. As a leader in beverage service, this individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests through effective management and coordination of beverage services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise the operation of beverage services on assigned shifts.
- Ensure smooth operations of VIP Rooms and Pool Bar on assigned shifts.
- Implement strategies to consistently meet or exceed beverage product quality standards.
- Collaborate with beverage servers to ensure timely delivery of drinks to guests or servers.
- Maintain and operate equipment and utensils according to established guidelines and safety procedures.
- Establish and enforce a clean and organized workspace standard when serving as a bartender.
- Accurately process transactions using the cash register/POS System.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and respond accordingly.
- Optimize labor allocation to achieve optimal service performance.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports when scheduled.
- Review and improve beverage inventory and cost control systems and procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns.
- Supervise the safe handling and maintenance of service equipment.
- Design and deliver educational programs to reinforce essential duties and responsibilities.
- Adhere to and enforce appearance and uniform guidelines, regulatory requirements, internal controls, policies, and procedures.
