As we continue to expand, we are seeking a seasoned and motivated Preconstruction Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in our ongoing success.
Position Overview : In this role you will work with the project estimators and support them in their day-to-day task during the preconstruction / bidding process. The assistant is to communicate (phone calls / emails), and track interested subcontractors for each bidding project and issue addendums and notes as they are received. This role will be an office-based role at our headquarters in Rockville, MD.
