Dental Receptionist

We are currently looking for an energetic, motivated front office dental receptionist to join our private (non-corporate), contemporary, well established office in Donelson, TN! We want someone to join our team with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. As a family practice, we are looking for someone who wants to foster healthy relationships with existing patients. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with warm, welcoming attitude

Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries

Handle patient records and maintain confidentiality

Process billing and insurance paperwork

Requirements:

Previous experience in dental office preferred

Proficiency in computer software (Dental practice management software preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
