Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.The Sr. Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution of downstream marketing activities for Dräger’s Hospital Consumables business across the US. This includes, but is not limited to, lead generation, sales enablement, trade shows, RFP support, and new product launches in Anesthesia, Respiratory, Neonatal Care, and Patient Monitoring.Additionally, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager will lead cross-functional teams on a variety of strategically important projects. As a result, this role works closely with various stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Marketing Communications, Sales, Business Development, Strategic Corporate Accounts, and Global Product Management.Develop annual downstream marketing plan in conjunction with Marketing Director, global colleagues, and aligned regional business objectivesLead tactical execution of all downstream marketing activitiesOwn internal communication plan for consumables business and all relevant activities (e.g. product updates, portfolio changes, training events, new assets, promotions, etc.)Manage new product launches in US regionOversee maintenance and expansion of Local Product Portfolio; collaborate with Business Development, Indirect Procurement, Legal, and Global Business ManagementSupport RFP / GPO bidding process through collaboration and coordination with sales and contract administration teamsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong organizational and time-management skills to keep teams aligned and projects on trackDemonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Regulatory, Operations)Excellent at stakeholder management, building collaborative relationships with internal and external partnersYour Qualifications
Education : University degree in business, marketing or a related discipline or the equivalent in education, training and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.Related Experience : 5-8 years of experience in Marketing and Product Management or relevant field of work within healthcare market (e.g. marketing, sales, clinical, account management).Special Competencies or Certifications : Quantitative Thinking : Outside the box problem-solver with a desire to challenge the status quo; ability to think criticallyComprehensive knowledge and experience / understanding the nuances of marketing a recurring revenue model business (product or services)Future-focused, with a track record of successfully driving / sustaining change across large, cross-functional teamsAble to communicate effectively and drive alignment across all levels of an organization, using various methodsUnderstands the importance of establishing and maintaining relationships built on trust and alignmentAbility to lead / manage complex projects with various stakeholders from start to finishAdditional traits ideal for this role / team : Strong strategic thinkerStrong planning and execution skillsAnalyticalAdaptableComprehensive and in-depth knowledge of project managementEffective time managerAccountableTelford, PA-based hybrid role or fully remote; 20%-35% domestic travel, 5% international.The Dräger Workplace Draeger has several sites located across North America as well as field-based sales and service positions.
