Your Role:
As a Working Foreman, you’ll lead a team in the installation, repair, and maintenance of drainage and septic systems. This is a hands-on leadership role—so you won’t just supervise, you’ll also work alongside your crew to get the job done efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to complete drainage and septic projects safely, efficiently, and up to industry standards.
- Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of drainage, septic, and sewer systems.
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to schedule and execute work on time and within budget.
- Train and mentor team members in proper techniques, equipment operation, and safety.
- Conduct site assessments, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of labor hours, materials, and project progress.
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, dump trucks, etc.).
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Skills & Experience:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in drainage, septic, or a related field.
✔ Hands-on leadership experience managing crews in construction or utility work.
✔ Strong technical knowledge of drainage and septic system installation and repair.
✔ Ability to read construction plans and blueprints.
✔ Equipment operation skills (excavators, skid steers, dump trucks, etc.).
✔ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
✔ CT Subsurface Sewage Installer certification preferred
✔ CDL A or B perferred
✔ P6 or P7 certification preferred.
