Key Responsibilities:

• Month-End Close: Oversee and manage the month-end close process to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to maintain the integrity of financial data.
• Accounting Leadership: Lead accounting processes specific to commercial and construction operations.
• Project Billing: Manage project billing activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with schedules.
• Work In Progress (WIP): Analyze WIP reports to support strategic financial decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and executives to provide actionable financial insights.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards and company policies.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in commercial and construction accounting.
• Expertise in project billing and WIP management.
• Ability to effectively bridge accounting and operations functions.
• Proficiency with robust ERP systems and financial tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
