We are looking for two Accounting leaders who are excellent at streamlining processes, writing and overseeing Standard Operating Procedures, reviewing KPIs, and building and training a team of your own. All you need is 5-7 years of progressive accounting and leadership experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that will allow you to make a positive impact!

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Prior Leadership Experience
- Mastery of GAAP accounting
- Experience with advanced ERP accounting software
- Strong analytical skills, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail required.
- A high degree of initiative and flexibility required to successfully accommodate deadlines
- Ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy and use data to identify and solve problems.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- A degree in accounting or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in accounting management roles with 2 years’ experience in a leadership position
- Proficient Excel skills are strongly preferred
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Salary: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

- Although this is 5 days on-site, the average work week is 40 hours, with up to 45 on close.
