We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and proactive Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator to join our small team. This is a hybrid role combining customer service, light operations, and office coordination. You’ll be the bridge between our customers, our production team, and our vendors—making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and our customers stay happy.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Order Management
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and website messages
- Manage order status updates, returns, shipping questions, and installation coordination
- Track customer tickets and follow up as needed
- Deliver timely, friendly, and professional communication at all times
Operations & Admin Support
- Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies as needed
- Communicate with vendors and shipping partners
- Monitor and update order processing systems
- Keep digital files and customer records organized
- Help with special projects or light admin tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, admin, or operations preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented, with good follow-through
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Tech-savvy — experience with Google Workspace, Shopify, or helpdesk systems is a plus
- Friendly, solution-focused, and reliable
