Dreamstyle Remodeling is a premier provider of home remodeling services, with an impressive history spanning nearly 40 years.
We’re seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to handle customer inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.
*This is a hybrid role after training with 1 week a month in office*

Responsibilities
Use of phone, email, SMS, and other communication methods to address customer inquiries and concerns
Provide customer support & product knowledge for clientele in a high call volume environment
Address rebuttals and provide exceptional customer service
Qualify leads through the use of a script, and schedule appointments for our direct sales team
Use of Salesforce (CRM) to communicate with internal departments (Finance, Project management, Sales Operations, etc)
Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a high call volume environment
Schedule
- Full-time position, 5 days a week
- Flexible schedule. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
