ResponsibilitiesBuild Your Future in SalesWe're seeking an enthusiastic and friendly professional for a New Home Sales Representative in the Cleveland, OH area.
The objective of this position is to sell and promote Drees Homes' Build on Your Lot program, which allows customers to build their dream plan from our award-winning portfolio of homes, right on their lot or choice location.
Candidates will work off-site and guide customers through every step of the process, from selecting a home site to choosing structural options.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell the company's product in a manner consistent with company policy and at a volume that meets or exceeds set quotas.
- Understand and utilize all sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts, and policies.
- Establish Realtor relations through marketing, frequent office visits, phone, and email follow-up.
- Attend or host events.
- Display a thorough knowledge of the company's product lines.
- Assist customers with selection of home site, house plan, and structural options.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:

Requirements:
- Basic computer skills.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred, in a related field ideal.
This position offers excellent earning potential plus a comprehensive benefit package including profit sharing & 401(k) plans. It's a 100% commission opportunity, where compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Representative.
