Key Responsibilities:
· Provide outstanding customer service by addressing clients' vehicle concerns and recommending necessary repairs and maintenance to enhance vehicle performance.
· Upsell additional services and maintenance to optimize dealership revenue while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
· Write up and bill out repair orders (ROs) accurately and efficiently.
· Maintain and organize filing records for all service-related documentation.
· Utilize dealership management systems, with experience in CDK systems being a significant advantage.
· Collaborate with technicians and team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
· Stay updated on dealership offerings, promotions, and service enhancements.
· Processing Warranty repair orders
Qualifications:
· Legal authorization to work in the state of New York.
· A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with Chevrolet experience preferred.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to work well with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency with computers and service management systems (CDK experience is a plus).
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
· A steady work history demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
· Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
