What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Full Stack Engineer position at DRH Search?
We're assisting a well-funded Series B startup with their search for Sr. Full Stack Engineers. They're building fully autonomous digital workers that automate specific jobs end-to-end. The role will be onsite in their SF office, and they're hiring multiple engineers in this capacity.
What you'll do:
- Lead technical projects and implementation of product's core features
- Architect and build new workflows within the product, while maintaining and optimizing existing feature-rich workflows
- Drive technical decisions and best practices across the team
- Bridge the gap between Applied Research, GTM, Product, and Engineering
- Identify and implement architectural improvements and scalability solutions
- Contribute to product engineering
What you'll bring:
Experience at hypergrowth startups
Strong TypeScript experience
- Ability to thrive in chaotic environments and handle ambiguity. Motivated by moving very quickly.
Ability to compress traditional development cycles (2-week processes into 2 days)
- Experience owning problems end-to-end, and willing to pick up whatever knowledge is missing to get the job done to ensure both the team and its customers succeed.
