Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Drive Group is a leader in the automotive protection product space with installation operations throughout the Midwest. This role will be at our headquarters located in Minnetonka, MN. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while promoting our products and services. Your ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs will be crucial in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Professionally meet and greet customers upon arrival, assist with check in procedures and review and educate on selected product offering as well as additional product offerings
- Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Build rapport with customers by listening, educating on recommendations and solutions, and by confirming scope of work - Engage with interactive display(s) to provide customer recommendations and increase sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to sales objectives - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback in a professional manner.
- Process sales transactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in the company database.
- Manage guest check out process, capture payment and provide post-appointment recommendations.
- Adjust to changing needs while maintaining a positive attitude, leading with solutions and working to creatively solve problems.
- Provide administrative support including organizing office paperwork, maintaining customer records, meeting agendas, providing warranty documentation and other duties as assigned.
- General office maintenance responsibilities including appointment confirmations, office supply ordering, maintaining clean guest lounge and lobby.
- Capture dynamic videos for social media (Instagram, X, Company Website) - Maintain presence on social media to engage and educate prospective customers.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to customer service operations.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
- Strong computer and typing skills; familiarity with online calendars, Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Social media marketing experience preferred.
