Full Time Operations Support/Office Manager:
Hours:
Schedule: 8:00-4:30 Monday to Friday, occasional weekend coverage
Compensation:
$20-24 an hour, benefits eligible
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of the office, including maintaining the office areas, handling correspondence and deliveries, and managing supplies
- Coordinate with the centers to make sure their offices have supplies
- Scan, sort, pack, and weigh paperwork to state of Colorado compliance standards
- Submit course completions to the State of Colorado in timely manner
- Fulfill print orders
- Prepare training binders
- Provide support for employee recognition tasks
- Send out NextCloud communications
- Provide general support to office visitors
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers
- Coordinate and support a variety of ongoing and one-off projects or processes
- Manage special projects as assigned from inception to implementation

Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Colorado Driver's License
- Safe driving history - a Motor Vehicle Record check will be reviewed
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience required
- Experience providing administrative support to senior business staff preferred
- Strong organizational abilities including process and file management, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and problem solving.
- Excellent time management skills with flexibility and reliability to ensure deadlines are met.
- Project/Team administrative support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of skill/experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel and Teams
- Willingness to learn new software
- Experience/skills in setting priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
