As a Debt Resolution Coordinator at DriveTime, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with customers to resolve debt issues and find suitable payment plans.
Key Job Responsibilities
As a Debt Resolution Coordinator, you'll be responsible for making inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances, educating and negotiating with customers to influence them to make needed payments, utilizing company resources to assist those who are unable to make timely payments. You'll also monitor and ensure regular follow-up on all loan repayment agreements and analyze customer accounts to oversee overdue accounts using automated systems and computers. Additionally, you'll utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing and maintain positive working relationships with the Loan Servicing team.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of experience in collections, customer service, sales, or retail industry. Background in Metrics and Analytics is desirable. You must be able to pass a drug test and background check, work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays, and be located on-site in our exciting contact center in Mesa, Arizona.
