That‘s Nice, But What‘s the Job?
The Reverse Logistics Coordinator will support the Reverse Logistics Manager for DriveTime inventory related to wholesale grade units purchased through auction channels and / or going through the reverse logistics process.
Coordinating with multiple department leads to gather information, submit and track DriveTime inventory and communicate with auctions.
- Gather all relevant information necessary to facilitate a negotiation and resolution
- Maintain accurate and complete files on purchased vehicles
- Posses knowledge of auction arbitration policies
- Posses knowledge of how the reverse logistics process works in relation to moving units through the system as quickly as possible
- Coordinate and manage cases; ensures information is entered and maintained in an online case management system; utilizes discretion and independent judgment by applying high-level knowledge and understanding of the DriveTime Family of Brand‘s rules and procedures on assigned cases.
- Escalates matters to management as appropriate.
