- Using power equipment to mow, rake, and trim lawns and shrubs on campus
- Manual weeding, planting, and maintaining planters and flower beds on campus
- Other miscellaneous activities in keeping the campus grounds
- Assist in moving equipment and furniture as assigned.
- Assists with snow removal (when applicable fall/spring semesters)

- Ability to be punctual and dependable.
- Ability to accept responsibility for the security of equipment, supplies, and keys.
- Must possess a legal driver's license and have the ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle.
- Ability to learn how to use various grounds and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to courteously use telephone and radio.
- Must be a regular, full-time day school student, enrolled in at least 12 hours per semester.
- Must have a completed FAFSA on file with the Financial Aid Department for the current academic year.
