- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging social media content to promote prevention initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Collaborate on the review and refinement of the monthly prevention newsletter to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and impactful.
- Maintain comprehensive records of Health Hub cart usage, ensuring timely inventory restocking and efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee inventory management for prevention-related materials, ensuring accurate tracking and availability.
- Coordinate the placement and removal of promotional materials, including posters and bulletin board updates, to support campus prevention initiatives.
- Serve as the secretary for Panthers for Prevention, providing administrative support such as meeting preparation, minute-taking, and effective communication within the organization.
- Maintain and update the prevention calendar to accurately reflect upcoming events and deadlines.
- Assist with the implementation and support of additional prevention initiatives developed by campus prevention teams.
- Serve as an Engage Facilitator and provide support for Engage presentations delivered across campus.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Interest in health, wellness, and prevention initiatives preferred.
- Must be a regular, full-time student, enrolled in at least 12 hours per semester
- Must have a completed FAFSA on file with Financial Aid for the current academic year
