Job Description : As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating service calls, managing technician schedules, and ensuring timely response to customer requests. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will help us maintain our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities :
Receive and manage incoming service requests via phone, email, or chat.
Evaluate customer needs and dispatch technicians accordingly, ensuring optimal route planning and resource allocation.
Maintain real-time communication with technicians to provide updates and address any issues that arise during service calls.
Track and log service requests and technician statuses using CRM software.
Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician performance, and customer feedback.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in dispatching or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using dispatch software and basic computer applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with a water restoration or plumbing company is a plus, but not required.
Previous experience using DASH nextgear CRM software is a HUGE plus, but not required
