Here is what Drybar Call Center Representative (customer service representatives/call center) are responsible for each day:
- As a customer service representative take incoming calls, make outbound calls, check emails and communicate with the shops.
- Drybar standards are upheld, creating a memorable experience for the client over the phone
- Setting the tone of a support center
- Communicate to the shops about clients/appointments.
- Serving as subject matter expert in the reservation system.
- Ensuring client information is entered with accuracy and timeliness.
- Rebooking appointments while addressing clients by name.
- Troubleshooting any reservation system issues, make changes to Client Profiles, optimizing appointments to fit business needs, and check notes to ensure clients’ needs are met.
- Optimizing and maximizing appointments with the reservation system and ensuring timely communication and superior customer service.
- Maintaining highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and stylist tips/commissions.
- Problem solving when faced with client concerns or operational issues, always ensuring the solution is focused on providing an excellent experience to the client..
- Maintaining clear communication with Shop Management about overall shop operations
- Upholding Drybar’s 10 Core Values.
- Being on time for scheduled shifts.
Mondays: 12:45-7:15pm
Tuesdays: off
Wednesdays: off
Thursdays: 12:45-7:15pm
Fridays: 12:45-7:15pm
Saturdays: 12:45-7:15pm
Sundays: 9:45am-5:15pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
