The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for coordinating customer orders, manufacturing and delivery schedules, service issues, and other customer-related concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer orders, manufacturing and delivery schedules, service issues, and other customer-related concerns.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and our operations.
- Oversee the Sales Operations team.
- Pursue business opportunities that align with our growth plans.
- Visit customers to build relationships with key decision-makers in purchasing, engineering, and quality departments.
- Collaborate with operations, design, and quality teams to resolve production issues and support on-time deliveries.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Proven experience as a sales representative and/or manager.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the corrugated industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Highly competitive nature, strong will, and sound business judgment.
- Computer literacy is essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
