The primary role of this position is too pro-actively coordinate with Regional IT Support and ensure that all activities of for coordinating, communicating, distributing, and implementing keys tasks listed below for Regional IT and Stakeholder Organizations.
You work independently on assigned projects and functional ad hoc tasks and with supporting corporate activities and projects.
Additional accountabilities include collaboration with RITS Central Support Team, Regional IT Directors & IT Management Teams and other key stakeholders to manage the Regional IT Administrative deliverables.

For this position, the expected base pay is: $18.00-$20.00 / Hourly. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, geographical location, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

- Data collection (sites, employees, applications, equipment)
- Inventory management
- Implementing workstations at desks
- Re-image/reload laptops
- Submit/manage ticket queue
- Coordinates redeploy/recycling IT equipment by site
- Coordinate cell phone collection/redeployment
- Follow up on Server Vulnerabilities and malware reporting
- Facilitate communication to stakeholders in the Business Unit
- RITS Communication Strategy / Communication Management
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the processes being exposed to RITS
- Build and maintain inventory of IT equipment by site
- Coordinate efforts for recycling and redeployment of equipment
- Manage ticket queues for service requests for new employees
- Help with collection and redistribution of cellphones
- Desk site support and workstation deployment
- Capturing application information and updates
