Supervisor is responsible for Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. Supervises the cleaning and maintenance of buildings/facilities. Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching. Receive complaints and resolve problems.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support team members in daily tasks
- Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed
- Coordinate schedules, workloads, and project timelines
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback
- Communicate effectively with clients and upper management
- Resolve conflicts and address operational issues as they arise
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous 1-3 years Supervisory experience.
- Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
