DTSV is seeking Program Analysts to support DHS USCIS Logistics Management (LMD) division. LMD manages the USCIS personal property program, responsible for the excessing and disposal of USCIS personal property and maintains accountability of USICS property across the agency. LMD also oversees the USCIS fleet vehicle program; and manages the USCIS Transit Subsidy Program, and USCIS mail operations.

Primary/Major Duties And Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Analyze, describe, document, and diagram business models, capabilities, and processes associated with the implementation of coordinated response to departmental operational plans and tasks.
- Update internal documents and Microsoft Project plans to report on project status.
- Develop collaboration site(s) in SharePoint to track and report statuses on tasks and training development
- Coordinate with various LMD stakeholders to communicate tasks, assess needs, and set expectations regarding internal preparedness and response to Department plans and tasks.
- Provide project scheduling support when assisting other departments with internal projects.
- Support SMEs with training development and documenting of standard operating procedures.
- Assist project managers in documenting action items identified in project meetings.
- Assist in drafting Division-level documentation, such as process, instructional, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals.
- Create ad-hoc reports for analyses and presentations.
- Prepared periodic reports and presentations by compiling text, graphics, and data from multiple sources
- Perform ad hoc system queries and data analysis
- Research, review and map various branch reporting and databases
- U.S. Citizenship
- Associate degree or higher
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience (2 years) in program management principles and disciplines, including business process remodeling/reengineering and project leadership
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, including familiarity with MS SharePoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Successful completion of corporate background investigation, including criminal and credit checks
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government suitability determination/security clearance
- Primarily an office environment but may also include other work environments as required
- Full-time position, Monday – Friday
- Hybrid Telecommuting position - All employees are required to work onsite at the government facility a minimum of 2 days per week. However, this is subject to change based on customer/contract needs.
