Job Summary
Dubuque Appliance is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team! As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent our members on client support calls. You are responsible for daily bookkeeping data entry, handling service requests, customer complaints, and managing the displays, products, and tidiness of the store floor. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. Our business hours are M-F 9-6 and Sat 9-2, flexible scheduling options.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Daily bookkeeping data entry.
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Organizing and maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the store floor
