Title: Executive Assistant
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
This position reports to the Chief People's Officer (CPO) and supports two additional executives by performing an array of administrative duties and completing confidential assignments. We are seeking an individual who is comfortable working with C-level executives, other executive assistants, and all levels of Duck Creek Technologies employees. This individual will use independent and sound judgment to prioritize and balance multiple and sometimes conflicting requests in a highly professional manner.

Title: Executive Assistant
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
This position reports to the Chief People's Officer (CPO) and supports two additional executives by performing an array of administrative duties and completing confidential assignments. We are seeking an individual who is comfortable working with C-level executives, other executive assistants, and all levels of Duck Creek Technologies employees. This individual will use independent and sound judgment to prioritize and balance multiple and sometimes conflicting requests in a highly professional manner.
- Management of complex calendars. Acts as a gatekeeper to include prioritization of meetings and managing scheduling conflicts. Keeps the executives informed of any changes
- Inbox management for the CPO, prioritization of actions and meetings, may routinely respond on behalf of CPO’s emails on routine matters
- Create and manage travel arrangements (both domestic and international) on behalf of the executives, based on the executive's travel needs and preferences. Manages complex itineraries, including any changes – Travel Visa application experience a plus
- Process expense reports of the executives in a timely fashion
- Coordinates and/or assists with team meetings (staff meetings, all-hands meetings, quarterly on-sites/off-sites, team gatherings, etc.). May assist with event planning
- Assists the executives with preparing for meetings, including preparing materials, obtaining materials in advance, agendas, and keeping the executive on schedule
- Assists with appropriate support for all meetings (currently virtual) due to various media needs and other logistics
- Assists in keeping the executives highly organized
- Minimum of 5 years experience supporting two or more C-level executives
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and software applications (such as Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc. and ability to learn new corporate systems Workday, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose appropriate solutions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment
- Maintain confidential information
- Occasional travel ability preferred (company events, assist with customer events, etc.)

- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of the job location.
