- Conduct warm and cold calling to establish relationships with potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong relationships.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market.
*Experience*
- Proven experience in account management or business development within the HVAC sector.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking client interactions and sales progress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals in a competitive environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
