Responsibilities
Develops change management programs to solve complex business group or company issues. Finds innovative solutions.
Coaches and advises sponsors
Anticipates internal and / or external business challenges and needs.
Provides advice and technical expertise to other organizations / groups and / or executive management in the area of change management.
Support training, communications, and stakeholder engagement on multiple long-term technology projects and programs
Create department specific processes for Change Management
Basic / Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
In addition to required degree, six (6) years related work experience
In lieu of Bachelor’s degree(s) AND 6 year(s) related work experience listed above, High School / GED AND 10 year(s) related work experience
Desired Qualifications
Experienced or Certified in Prosci
Technology project experience
Utility experience
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated strong leadership skills : negotiation, conflict management skills, influencing skills, ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback
Demonstrated ability to communicate a vision and obtain buy-in
Ability to adapt and change as business needs change
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with large-scale change initiatives
Competency in one or more complementary disciplines such as project management, Agile, innovation, design thinking, customer experience, training, communication, digital transformation
Comfort with complexity, ambiguity and change
Working Conditions
Hybrid – Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations. However, hybrid employees should live within a reasonable commute to the designated Duke Energy facility.
