What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Services Technicians – Substance Use Disorder position at Duluth Bethel Society?
The Duluth Bethel is a spiritually grounded, private nonprofit organization offering individuals dignity, hope, and the opportunity to improve their quality of life through chemical dependency rehabilitation and community corrections services.
Currently hiring full and part-time Substance Use Disorder Technicians to monitor client activity and provide care to clients in our residential treatment program. WILL TRAIN! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
Tasks and Duties:
Monitor clients leaving and returning to the facility and make rounds.
Dispense client medications.
File and maintain records and charts.
Accompany clients to meals and recreational activities.
Other tasks and duties as required.
Requirements:
18 years of age or older.
Free from problematic substance use for at least one year.
Able to clear a criminal background study.
