- Manage incoming calls using professional phone etiquette, ensuring messages are accurately recorded and relayed.
- Maintain office organization through effective calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all records and documentation.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks including document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support team members with personal assistant duties as needed, contributing to overall office efficiency.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems to facilitate daily operations.

- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and general computer literacy.
