Position: LPN - Long-Term Care (LTC)
Position Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team, where we are committed to delivering Exceptional Care, Passionate Service, and Unexpected Luxury in every aspect of our work. Under the supervision of the Unit Manager, ADON, or DON, the LPN will take responsibility for providing care to a group of residents/patients during their shift. You will perform nursing duties through the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. The LPN will also ensure that all nursing care is in accordance with established standards, manage the environment to maintain patient safety, and supervise nursing assistants and support staff in the care of residents. The role requires adherence to all policies, procedures, and the State Nurse Practice Act, as well as JCAHO standards where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the care plan.
- Ensure adherence to care standards while maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Supervise the performance of nursing assistants and support staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable standards of care.
- Perform duties as outlined by the State Nurse Practice Act, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in SNF/LTC or Med-Surg – Required.
- BLS certification (AHA) – Required.
- COVID vaccination – Required (Medical and Religious exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis).
- Ability to work in a high-paced, high-stress environment is essential. This position is not suitable for those who may struggle in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be punctual and aware that clocking out is essential to ensure proper shift compensation. Travelers must resolve any disputes related to clocking out promptly.

- License verification.
- Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC certification.
- References – highly preferred (if not provided, will be required to complete during onboarding if an offer is accepted).
