Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to analyze data effectively. The Quality Technician will work closely with production teams to maintain compliance with industry regulations, including CGMP, ISO 13485, and HACCP.
Duties
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using various tools, including micrometers and vision inspection systems.
- Fabricate and implement quality control processes to ensure adherence to CGMP and ISO 13485 standards.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related documentation.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in the development of training programs related to quality assurance practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights based on quality data analysis.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, including CGMP, ISO 13485, and HACCP.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as micrometers and vision inspection systems.
- Experience in data collection and analysis related to product quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or laboratory setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
