Responsibilities
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or quick service restaurant environments
- Proficient in using POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Strong customer service and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for cash register operations and sales transactions
