Why Join Us | DuPont CareersAftermarket Glass-Bonding Account ManagerPrimary Responsibilities : Optimize ARG earnings aligned with business objectives (volume, margins, share ...)Manage / motivate network of sales agents in order to meet revenue and growth targetsBuild / communicate insights into competitive offering and position and develop alternative solutionsAnticipates, recognizes and solves customer problems and challengesSkills / Capabilities : Experience in automotive aftermarket value chains - with special focus on glass-replacement marketCustomer Focus - Establishes credibility / trust by consistently delivering unique value.
