Aftermarket Glass-Bonding Account Manager

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Optimize ARG earnings aligned with business objectives (volume, margins, share …)
  • Manage / motivate network of sales agents in order to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Build / communicate insights into competitive offering and position and develop alternative solutions
  • Anticipates, recognizes and solves customer problems and challenges

Skills / Capabilities :

  • Experience in automotive aftermarket value chains – with special focus on glass-replacement market
  • Customer Focus – Establishes credibility / trust by consistently delivering unique value. Develops strong interdependent networks thru multiple levels of organization that enable account objectives
  • Communication – Articulates vision and expectations for a complex organization with diverse backgrounds in a consistent manner in a way that enables rapid and aligned execution.
  • Results Oriented – Sets ambitious targets and leads team in a pro-active manner to deliver winning business results in a decisive, urgent way
  • Conceptual Capacity – Identifies patterns and trends and translates into strategic and multi-dimensional plans. Manages multiple agendas and priorities.
  • Business Expertise – Knows how to access and utilize financial data to identify issues / opportunities and subsequently determine the appropriate action plans / next steps to improve the situation
  • Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of process and solid technical foundation in order to translate value of offering to diverse audience.
  • Key Accountabilities / Metrics :

  • Optimize management of market share
  • Revenue / Volume / Earnings : (yoy growth)
  • Account Management (forecasting accuracy, credit / AR, call reports, …)
  • Qualification :

  • 3 years of sales experience, business sales and engineering
  • automotive aftermarket experience is extremely helpful
  • Requires self-initiative, motivation
  • Work in diverse group at all levels
