Position Summary
The Quality Assurance (QA) Administrator plays a key role in supporting the QA Department by managing and organizing records for completed manufacturing orders, performing document control functions, and assisting with metric reporting. This position involves scanning, naming, saving, and efficiently organizing production records within the network to ensure they are easily accessible when needed
Principal Activities
- Maintain, organize, and update all QA-related production records.
- Accurately scan, name, and save documents into the network.
- Keep a well-organized filing system to ensure quick retrieval of records when needed.
- Update and track records in Excel logs to maintain accurate documentation.
- Organize original documents in storage boxes as a backup, in case the digital file cannot be located.
- Assist with document control and support additional QA department tasks as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- GED or High School Diploma required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general PC skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, both now and in the future.

The work environment includes working in an office and production environment; may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, dust, heat and moderate noise from machinery while on the production floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but occasional visits to areas with high noise levels or other physical hazards will require the use of personal protective equipment. Safety glasses with side shields and steel-toe shoes are required on the production floor.
Work requires meeting performance deadlines and being exact or highly accurate; requires face-to-face interaction with individuals or teams, negotiating, reasoning and influencing others in a group or team using a participative management style with well-developed interpersonal skills.
This position is also an ‘onsite’ position and will require the employee to physically be located in our 190 office building.
