Position Summary:
Provide administrative support to supervisors and the management team within the Quality Assurance department by assisting with problem-solving, coordinating tasks, processing new components, and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
First Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday- Friday (Peak schedule varies)
Pay Rate: $18-$20 hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists supervisors and managers with assigned tasks.
- Manage multiple priorities while adhering production timelines.
- Monitor attendance and oversee team scheduling.
- Maintain personnel records, including time-off requests, timecard discrepancies, disciplinary actions, and HR related documents.
- Utilize backlog reports to help balance efficiency.
- Coordinate with Operations to request additional support from Production or Shipping.
- Support onboarding of temporary agency staff during peak periods.
- Generate and review customer service remake reports and QA statistics.
- Update and maintain excel spreadsheet.
- Organize and maintain project files in Microsoft SharePoint.
- Serve as the point of contact for resources, tools, and inquiries.
- Share company announcements with the team.
- Assist with New Component forms and sample processing.
- Communicate with the Merchandise team regarding new products.
- Communicate with the Automation team as needed.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional, respectful, and fair approach in all interactions.
- Ability to read and write in English (bilingual skills are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in computer usage, including fluency with Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
